Story By Frank Chiaramonte

She has arrived and immediately put in service! The volunteer fire fighters, as organized and led by Dr Uguarte in Nindri, Nicaragua are now with truck and gear and are so motivated to run 172 for any emergency. I also learned that they go out 3-4 times a day on calls and keep the tanks full. They clean her and the station in any downtime.

The ceremony and naming of the truck in my honor was very unexpected. As you can see from my attire. They also made me an honorary captain. Even though I told them not my level and motivation. Glory be to God. She probably will save more than a life, quite possibly a village.
