The Knights of Columbus of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Libertytown recently hosted a "shift" luncheon for the on duty staff at the Libertytown Volunteer Fire Department as part of a community outreach to thank first responders. The food was donated by Widespread Country Market located on Rt. 26 west of Libertytown.

Once again the Libertytown Volunteer Fire Department will escort Santa throughout the Libertytown fire district to check to see who has been naughty and nice before he returns for his night rounds on Christmas Eve. The winter fund drive information and entire schedule is attached and will be mailed out to the households in our fire protection district as part of our winter mail fund drive.
